How Vectra (Swastik AI Labs Pvt Ltd) collects, uses, shares and retains your information.
Account data from sign-in (name, email, profile picture) and your role inside Vectra.
Prompts, uploaded footage or photos, generated media, render jobs and studio activity needed to deliver the service.
Payment references for prepaid packs: order ID, pack, amount and the UPI UTR you submit. We never see or store your UPI PIN, bank or card details.
Consent records: when you use lip-sync or voice features you confirm you own or have permission to use the face/voice; that confirmation is stored with the job.
To generate and store your assets, run the production pipeline, verify prepaid pack payments, show credit usage and secure the platform.
Prompts, reference images and audio are sent to the processors below solely to produce the output you requested.
Each processor receives only what is needed for its task. None of them may use your data for advertising.

Prompts and generated files are kept for 90 days after your pack expires, then deleted from live storage and backups.
Payment, order and UTR records are kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law.
Accounts are deleted within 30 days of a verified request; consent records are retained with the related payment records where a purchase was involved.
Export or delete your data any time: email support@vectra-ai.in from your account address, or use Account → “Export my data” / “Delete my account” inside the app.
We do not sell personal data. You may withdraw consent for optional processing (marketing notices) at any time.
