These terms are a contract between you and Swastik AI Labs Pvt Ltd (“Vectra”). They cover prepaid packs, content ownership, acceptable use and consent.

Packs (Starter, Pro, Studio) are prepaid for 30 days and activate once your UPI payment is verified. Prices include GST. There is no auto-debit or recurring charge.
1 video credit = 1 minute of standard video; cinematic video is 3 credits per minute and lip-sync adds 1 credit per minute. Usage is billed per second, rounded up to 5 seconds; credits are reserved on submit and refunded automatically if a render fails.
Buying while a pack is active extends validity from the current expiry date. Top-up credits expire with the active pack.
You may not create deepfakes of real people without their documented consent, impersonate any person or organisation, or generate sexual content involving real people or minors.
You may not generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, hateful, harassing or intended to deceive (including election or financial misinformation).
Abusive automation, resale of raw renders or attempts to bypass credit metering may lead to throttling or suspension.
Lip-sync, talking-presenter and voice-clone features require you to confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the face and voice involved. This confirmation is stored with the job.
Exports from these features carry a small “AI-generated” label by default. You may disable it only where you have the rights described above and disclosure is otherwise provided.
You own the assets you generate. The standard license includes a small Vectra watermark; the Copyright-Free add-on removes it and grants full commercial rights.
You are responsible for rights to any inputs you upload. Vectra retains ownership of the platform, engines and orchestration technology.
AI providers may queue or rate-limit at peak times; long-running renders are auto-cancelled and refunded rather than silently billed.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse payment verification.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
